Note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you need to return an item, please arrange and cover the shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without it.
• Returns Policy Eligibility (if applicable): We only accept returns for misprinted, damaged, or defective products. Returns for other reasons will not be processed. Items must be reported and submitted within 3 days after the product has been received.
• Exchanges and Refunds: At this time, we offer exchanges for different items or refunds in the form of store credit to a gift card. We do not issue cash refunds.
